Happy Friday!
We had such a fun week. Some of our students were able to make seed bombs for the garden and others had a wonderful time learning and exploring at Dinosaur Ridge. Next week we will be planting in our new garden! We will be asking families to sign up to help take care of our garden over the summer. A sign up genius will go out next week.
PTA
Our final PTA event of the year will be an Ice Cream Social and Movie Night on TODAY, from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Besties Ice Cream Truck will be serving their delicious treats. We will be showing the movie Ratatouille (G)! The movie is free, but please bring money for ice cream and popcorn!
As our school year comes to a close, we wanted to reflect on where we've been and how far we've come. We need your help! As part of the School of Excellence process outlined by National PTA, we are requesting feedback from families, administrators and teachers at two points in the school year—the beginning and the end. Using the community's feedback from our first survey, we built an Excellence Action Plan to strengthen family-school partnerships. Please take the second part of the School of Excellence Survey by May 10th to help us see where we need to grow!
Field Day:
Last Day and Field Day, May 24th: We have planned a wonderful Field Day of fun! Please plan to join us on the last day of school.
All full day students schedule will look like this: 8 am-12:00 pm
All half day students: 10:15 am-12:15 pm
Teacher Appreciation Week:
