Happy Friday Campbell Families and Staff,
Thank you for a wonderful week! We appreciate you making the assessment days work. It is so helpful to have this time with students so we can learn more about them and therefore plan classroom learning and experiences based on some of this data. If you are wondering about your child’s data, please reach out to their teacher.
Reminder that we do not have school on Monday, Labor Day, September 4th. We will see you all on Tuesday the 5th. It is hard to believe it is September already!
We had a couple wonderful parent volunteers that asked you if you were interested in supporting/volunteering with PTA today. You all stepped up! Wow. I think about 50 of you signed up. Thank you so very much. There are multiple ways to volunteer so if you didn’t get a chance to sign up you can do so through this google form. Thank you! We are excited to get our group going and start planning some fun things for our community.
School pictures will be taken on September 8th, next Friday. All students will have the opportunity to take a school picture. If you miss this date we will have retakes in October. An order form will come home with your child today.
Also we have such wonderful spaces around our school with the park area to the east of us. We are sending home a walking field trip form so that if your class has these all on file, classes can take short walks to the park area. If you have questions, please reach out. When we leave the school grounds, we add a third adult to the classroom.
And lastly, we are still looking for someone that might be interested in some part time work in the middle of the day to support our lunch times and a few classrooms. Please reach out to Holly Sexton if you are interested.
